⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have had a very positive experience working with Bastion. Their team is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. If a concern or issue comes up, Bastion is quick to respond and works with us to find a resolution. Their patrol vehicles are also easy to identify, with most clearly labeled and equipped with bright flashing security lights, which helps provide a visible security presence throughout the community. Our team appreciate their reliability, communication, and continued partnership in helping us maintain a safe and welcoming community for our residents. The office team is amazing!

I have had the pleasure of working with Brian Mattocks as our Security Representative with Bastion Security, and he has consistently exceeded expectations. Brian has an exceptional knowledge of the security industry and demonstrates a thorough understanding of the unique needs of hotel operations and special events. He is extremely responsive and always addresses our requests promptly and professionally. Whether we need overnight security coverage or additional parking security during events at PayPal Stadium, Brian works diligently to ensure we have the appropriate staffing in place. His reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond have made him a trusted partner. I greatly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to any organization seeking dependable and knowledgeable security services. Luis Garcia AGM Element San Jose Airport

I just feel appreciative of the Bastion team and their guards for providing 5 star service at my living apartment community in Oakland, CA. Huge shoutout to Eronie who has helped reshape the sense of community in my building. Prior to his arrival at my unit, there were lots of disagreements and disturbances amongst residents and the environment feel tense and unsafe. Especially after leasing office business hours. I almost moved out because of this. Eronie has such a kind, friendly, and welcoming personality. He is always attentive, and I actually see a guard doing rounds in the complex now. It's been several weeks now that my apartment complex no longer has those disturbances in common area, and I know he played a key role in this transition. Overall, I have decided to continue living where I am at now that the community feels safer with Eronie and the Bastion Security team.
