President
Gary is the founder of Bastion Security Services. Originally from Scotland, he has over 25 years of experience in the security industry. He leads the company with a “can do, will do” attitude that results in excellent customer service throughout the business. He’s developed a strong management team at Bastion that uses industry-leading technology and techniques to provide top-notch service. Clients and employees appreciate his fairness, common sense, and thoroughness when developing solutions and resolving issues.

Director of Operations
Stephen came to Bastion Security Services with over 15 years experience in the operational and account management field. Through his role at the company, Stephen has implemented protocols and procedures which allows our teams to maximize their effort on providing the best private security guard experience in the Bay Area.
